If you are frequently shopping online, be careful about customer support services provided by various online site. Some has best customer support (including Call , chat and email) but most of the site has only email support and some of site/app has worst support. Here, I am listing some site/app which has best, good and worst customer support services( based on various user personal experiences).
Best customer support services:
- Paytm (only email support but quick and reasonable response)
- Amazon: call, chat and E-mail. Response time is also good.
Not best but Good:
- FreeCharge: only email support services
- Bigbasket: call support only. But for big issue, you must have comments on their play store app area.
Worst customer support services:
- Swiggy: They never care about their customers. never respond with genuine answer. Forget your money after any issue.
- Mobikwk: never settled failed transaction or transaction success but Recharge not done type of issue. So, you lost your money after any such type of issue.
There are thousands (lacs)of online store and their app. Before try any one of them, check customer support services and reviews details.
